Dr. Franco Rizzolo is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Registered Nurse with active licenses in New Jersey and Georgia, and additional chiropractic licensure in New York, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Colorado.
He began his academic journey at Rutgers University, completing his pre-chiropractic studies, and later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, where he also received the Ambassador Award and was inducted into the Chi-Rho Honor Fraternity. During this time, he also earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of the State of New York.
Dr. Rizzolo further expanded his medical education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the International College of Health Sciences in Boynton Beach, Florida. He is a Registered Nurse (RN) and is currently enrolled in a Nurse Practitioner (NP) program, advancing his expertise in clinical medicine and patient-centered care.
Combining chiropractic and nursing disciplines, Dr. Rizzolo provides a uniquely comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, pain management, and musculoskeletal health. His integrated background enables him to bridge the gap between traditional medical care, physical therapy, and holistic recovery methods.
He holds multiple professional certifications including:
- Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners
- Physical Therapy Proficiency Certificate
- Certified Hospital Protocol and Manipulation Under Anesthesia, University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic
- Sports Injury and Advanced Patient Care, Parker Chiropractic College
- FMCSA NRCME Certified Medical Examiner (authorized to perform DOT/CDL physicals)
Dr. Rizzolo has an extensive background in sports medicine, previously serving as Team Physician for the USISL Professional Soccer League New Jersey Stallions. A former amateur bodybuilder, he has trained national-level competitors and currently serves as a registered NPC judge in Florida, with judging experience in New Jersey and Georgia.
He is a proud member of several professional organizations including the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC), AAPC, and HBMA.
Through his dual licensure and ongoing Nurse Practitioner studies, Dr. Rizzolo continues to advance integrative, evidence-based care, empowering patients through rehabilitation, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

My visit with Dr Rizzolo was upbeat, professional and he explained everything to me where my pain was concerned. I suffer from chronic pain and have pain all over my body. Sometime the pains are so severe. He outlined a plan and I feel confident that I will have more quality to my every day living.
