Maydelin provides a safe environment where you feel free to express how you feel without judgement. She provides practical and most up to date tools as suggestions to help guide you. She doesn't pressure you if you aren't ready to explore a topic but also comes with goals and suggestions to keep you progressing and not stay stuck. I cannot recommend her enough as she has truly helped me change and navigate through the world differently.
