At our psychiatric clinic, we embrace a holistic and evidence-based approach to mental health care, blending traditional and innovative methods tailored to each individual's needs. Our philosophy centers on compassionate, patient-focused treatment, integrating psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle interventions to promote long-term well-being. We prioritize collaborative care, working closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of mental health challenges rather than just symptoms.
For psychiatric medications, we believe in DO NOT HARM and minimizing and simplifying medications as much as we can.
For psychotherapy, we apply the more modern therapy models, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Taixiang Saur was great! She guided me through a series of questions and let me go in-depth on responses as needed, while listening compassionately and non-judgmentally. Then she talked to me about care options and I never felt pushed at all to do a certain thing, just presented with options and recommendations. I felt like she cared about me and helping me get better and I feel like like I have the tools and support I need to help me get past this difficult phase of my life.

She is amazing. This is the first time I have felt heard from a doctor and/or nurse. She listened and most don’t do that these days. She also explained all the potential side effects of my medication, why she selected this one and the go forward plan. I feel very lucky to have found her.

She explained the risk factors of the medication in depth and ways that I had not been described before and I thought it was very helpful. Dr Saur (pronounced “Sour”) is incredibly compassionate and thorough. I just moved to MA and needed a new provider to fill my meds, and instead of just refilling with no question (as most do) she made sure to talk with me about my already established prescriptions and ensure that I do actually need them and that I get the proper testing done to make sure there are no hidden side effects. She was upfront about having an accent that is sometimes hard for people to understand but it didn’t prevent me from understanding her and I felt that our communication was very clear.She is clearly a well-educated provider that genuinely cares for her patients.

Dr. Saur was incredible. She was professional, kind, and a great listener. I scheduled an appointment with her for an ADHD evaluation and I was seen the same day. She listened to all my concerns and did not cast any judgment. She showed genuine concern for my wellbeing and made sure the medication she prescribed fit with my medical history. She also requested to connect with my neurologist to collaborate regarding any future medication increases, to be sure it was the right decision for me. I can't recommend her enough.
