Wonderful experience at this practice. The dental hygienist was incredibly thorough and explained everything she was doing in detail. The doctor gave a very brief exam but was friendly. I will absolutely be back!

My hygienist was such an awesome person; she explained everything that she was doing in terms I understood, as well as made down-to-earth reccomendations on how to improve my oral hygiene (I have my wisdom teeth intact, which makes brushing a little different). The dentist who came in to check my x-rays was incredibly down to earth and also made sure I understood everything I needed to about my teeth. Everyone is incredibly professional and kind here.

Absolutely terrible. Cracked my tooth on a chicken wing and made an apt. They tried to move my appointment earlier, which I declined only to realize it was so the dentist could leave early. She was condescending to the tech before dismissing me. She also had full head coverage so I never saw her which was pretty unprofessional. Ultimately, she told me it was "normal wear" and I had a "tooth concussion" She refused to treat me and then when I was checking out at the front she came out of her office to argue with me and say I was wrong. Dr Wenyong Dai needs a lesson in bedside manner and also her eyes checked. I got a second opinion today and I will be getting a crown on the tooth shortly to protect it, so I was not wrong. She either cannot see what a crack looks like, or I interrupted her weekend plans and she wanted me out of the office.

Based on my short experience so far, this is a very organized and communicative dental practice. During one of my visits, my appointment ran a little long, while my doctor did have to leave temporarily to see another patient. However, the owner of the practice stepped in and continued to work on me. While some patients may not like this, but the way they seamlessly share the workload and trust between practitioner makes this a great dental practice. Lastly, they do an excellent job explaining the procedures and options in a respectful and considerate manner which allows for better patient understanding.

Sam is patient and explanatory throughout the entire process. Dr. Dai listened and provided clear explain actions of my pain. The front seat receptionist was absolutely amazing, polite, funny, and informative. I live 40 minutes from the dental office but I will continue to go to this office.

Overall, I had a good experience and will visit again. The hygienist Stephanie was absolutely excellent in communicating and cleaning - made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Du came across initially as rushed and aggressive in the treatment recommendation, which required that I advocate for myself and after that she was more agreeable.
