The doctor was great, the actual visit was great, but I will never schedule another appointment so long as he's with this health group. They are AWFUL. They told me to call in after my bloodwork to ask about the results, because I may not need to come in for a follow-up appt. So I called in and asked if I should come in. The guy on the phone decided to cancel the appointment.
I thought he reviewed some information or spoke with a doctor, but it turns out he just made that decision on his own! The guy did not seem to be okay, he could not figure out how to cancel anything and could not remember what we were talking about.
I made them aware of the problem and they did not respond to this issue at all.
When I tried to get a refill for my prescription, they denied me. When I asked why, since they had canceled my follow-up appointment, they called and told me I SKIPPED the follow-up appointment.

I was very impressed by the doctors mannerism and professionalism. He was very attentive to me& I will be visiting this office from now on.
Also the young lady that drew my blood was on point. I’ve always had issues in finding my vein& she did it with 1 stick no pain.

It was my first time at this office since switching insurance. From the moment receptionist, medical assistant, and Doctor everyone was so friendly and helpful. The office is clean and they took me right away. I definitely will be going back!

The provider, medical assistant, and office staff were friendly and professional. However, ZocDoc and the office accepted my insurance but apparently they were not actually in the network. Therefore, there was no coverage. The information ZocDoc collected did not transfer and the appointment time given was not honored due to lunchtime (not specified on ZocDoc). Also, mistakes at the office left me with 4 different dates/time which kept shifting via text and email without any warning. The office visit was good, but the administration getting to that point was absolutely horrible.

Booked an appointment during their "lunch break". Waited an hour to be seen, front desk unwilling to speak to me. When I left, all of my documents (prescriptions etc.) had the wrong information. There is a name on my prescription of a doctor I never saw.

Leslie is the best! Amazing experience overall. A great space, and a great team. Virtually no wait time. They were even able to recommend me to other doctors for other things I need to get done!

So on Sunday before I made the appointment I was talking to my psychiatrist and I was telling her that I’m still clutching my jaw my ear feels like it’s going deaf. She had suggested that I see a dentist in the ENT just to make sure everything‘s OK. So I made an appointment with this office. The next day on on Monday, I get a call from the office and this lady said to me we do not do urgent care matters I said I’m not doing an urgent care matters. I was asked to check in with you guys to find a doctor to suit me. The girl had such an attitude that I have no idea what the heck happened to her because I didn’t do anything so then she rescheduled me to come a different time for the appointment. I did not show up the reason why I did not show up is because of that lady who called to me and was being very rude and disrespectful. I did not go to places that is very uncomfortable because of one person it makes me don’t trust my instincts.
