Dr. Sami is friendly, understanding, and her bedside manner is lovely. Too bad her front desk is trash, and they're the first impression of the clinic. They're clearly short-staffed, and I have empathy, yet that doesn't excuse poor behavior and bad manners. The front desk associates are rude, condescending, and frankly unprofessional.
I wasn't greeted when I walked through the door, and there was one person at the counter, so she could've easily welcomed me. After my appointment with Dr. Sami, I approached the receptionist named Aleciar (I recognized her voice) directly about the tact, tone, and delivery of her rude and inappropriate comment about "paying my bill" and then laughing in my face over the phone the day prior. All she did was deny and argue, proving my point that she's mean with a disgusting spirit. No remorse, no accountability, just attitude, and lies. This woman blatantly said she didn't laugh in my face, and that she was nice to me over the phone. Lies. If it was true, then I wouldn't have approached her with the real spill about her demeanor. I would've commended her for her service, thanking her for being so kind in a world that's so vicious. People can be so ugly, and when you call them out, instead of taking responsibility for their actions, gaslighting and deflection become a shield.
Mean people like her think that nice people like me don't see them for who they really are. I could tell that no one holds her accountable typically, tells her what she wants to hear to appease her. I told her the ugly truth about herself, and I barely know her, which speaks volumes. I don't tolerate disrespect from anyone, and I did inform Dr. Sami of the situation during my appt. She was visibly disturbed and frustrated about the situation, and we had a moment of truth and vulnerability. Mind you, this was my first appointment. She mentioned she'd talk to the young woman about it, thanking me for speaking with her. She deserves better staff.
Nevertheless, my voice was heard, and hopefully, both front desk associates understand the importance of customer service. The conversation was a bit heated, yet necessary. I view it as a teachable moment. I graduated Summa Cum Laude at the University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, so I know hospitality when I experience it. Maya Angelou said when people show you who they are the first time, believe them. Dr. Sami is sweet, yet her front desk team is a complete turnoff in my opinion, and I won't be coming back.

She is kind enough, but she doesn't seem very interested in truly taking care of you or getting to know you. Just got me in and out of her office ASAP.

I had an appointment at 2:30pm and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 3:10pm. This is my second visit to her office and Dr. Tehmina doesn’t smile and doesn’t say Hi. So, she’s not personable. She is a typical get you in and out doctor. I wish she would put me at ease with my symptoms but it’s seems she was rushed to see the next patient.

She wasn’t that personable. She was just a normal doctor that tries to get you in and out of the office as quick as possible for a consultation. Prescribed lots of different medications (antibiotics, steroids, allergy medication and also wanted to add nasal sprays) for congestion and cough. I find that doctors that just prescribe a whole bunch of medications don’t really do due diligence on the actual illness.

She is very knowledgeable and explains things well to where you leave understanding they why behind things! She is very good about not perscribing medication that is not needed or anything that isn’t recommended with current medications!

Hard to get in any words during visit. Argued with my nurse from work and I about a sick note. I work at a Chemical Plant so a doctors note needs to be descriptive with a written signature. I don't see how that is a problem.

Best wait time I have had for a DR appointment. Other aspects seemed above average. Building is new so everything was still in good/new condition. The staff who interacted with me were friendly.

Dr. Sami is very sweet, with a gentle bedside manner. She is thorough and consistent, making sure she takes your lifestyle into account when diagnosing any problems. I like that she knows medicine, but does not solely rely on it for wellness. I am very pleased with her office, same day appointments and hardly any wait time once you get to the office!

She knew her stuff, the staff member were terrific, but she did cut me off a few times when I was trying to tell her how my issues we're making me feel, she only really listened long enough to hear what the problem was , then she would start talking over me while I was in mid sentence, I mean I did like here service, and how she knew what she was talking about, I just feel it's kind of rude to cut someone off while they are talking even if you do know exactly what is wrong.

I made an appointment for a Pap smear and well woman check, with concerns and wanting to discuss birth control options. None of that ended up happening.
Started with the receptionist calling someone else to help me every time I went to the counter, it really seemed like she was untrained and it was very unprofessional. Then the nurses were very curt and didn’t even bother making eye contact.
Dr Sami came in and took my vitals, asked questions about family medical history, then did a breast exam. She was very cold and distant the whole time. After that I expected the pap, but she told me I’d be getting blood work and providing a urine sample and was done. I was ushered out the door without any of my concerns being addressed and without a Pap smear done.
I will definitely not be returning, and do not recommend Dr Sami to anyone.

Dr. Tehmina Sami was thorough and timely, She was extremely professional, very informative, and courteous, most importantly, very affable. I felt so comfortable, a knowledgeable doctor that puts the patient first who Leaves no stone unturned.
Definitely, plan on making this Dr office my primary care.
