My experience with Dr Pasztor was pretty bad. The woman who schedules appointments answers the phone on speaker while she’s driving or doing something outside of an office, so it’s difficult to hear her. For one appointment, she forgot to actually schedule it. I thought I had missed it on my end and called. She scheduled it for the same day and when I spoke to Dr. Pasztor, she told me it had never been scheduled. I was told I could text Dr. P with any questions, but she’d never answer my texts, so I had to keep scheduling more appointments to speak to her. She was helping me transition between meds, gave me instructions for the week and told me to text her at the end of the week. I texted her twice; no response. Called her assistant who told me she’d contact her; no response. It’s now been three weeks of being in between two meds, and I’ve never heard back. I finally switched to a new doctor and finally feel like I’m on the right track.

I had an appointment at 5:30 pm for a telemedicine call. I never received a call. I tried to call both the office number and the direct line she gave me and couldn't get an answer. Very unprofessional.

She was very kind and understanding about my complex mental health issues. She made sure I felt supported and worked to find an acceptable treatment plan that would work. Her office also double checked my insurance for me and scheduled me right away.

Wonderful appointment with great dr. Heard my concerns and addressed without condemnation. Made me feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful after the fact with making sure my medication was taken care of and was able to be picked up in good time. Highly recommended all around.

I booked an appointment for 3 PM 9/15 two weeks or so prior. I received a call an hour before my appointment that this provider only does telemedicine appointments after 4 PM and I would be placed on a list to receive a call. It’s been two days and I’ve received no contact.

Doctor was kind and friendly, good listener, insightful, I felt like I was really "heard." Good clinical and medical consult, obviously much experience and if Plan A did not work well, we established a Plan B for my health and well-being.
