Dr. Makhlouf and his staff are absolutely amazing! If you schedule and confirm your appointment in advance, the wait time is short. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Makhlouf takes his time with you to answer all of your questions, whereas other doctors seem to try and rush you in and out. He is kind, direct and treats his patients in a very professional manner. Their online patient portal also makes everything so convenient (billing, rx refills, questions, lab results) and I receive responses back from Dr. Makhlouf and his staff very quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Makhlouf to anyone looking to switch to a new PCP.

The doctor is great. He is very knowledgable. He listened vey carefully to me and answered all of my questions. The clinic is super clean and nice. The staff are very kind and they send you and a reminder message a day before your appointment which is I think its very nice. A a new patient, they took care of me and helped my right away. Overall, it was a successful experience and definitely recommend him.

He is a good primary care provider. Quick Service and available on my short notice schedule. He is very knowledgable and appears to be current on new treatment options and medications. He has a good manner and addresses me at my education level. That is a plus as I prefer to be treated as a professional and not just a patient. I am active in my own healthcare decisions and he was open to discussing options regarding my health status and needs for the future. I will be coming back to him for my basic Primary Care issues.
