Our practice provides outpatient psychiatric care with a conservative, safety-focused approach to medication management.
SUBSTANCE USE HISTORY
Patients with active substance use concerns or complex substance-related histories may require a higher level of care, including structured or in-person treatment settings. As such, our practice may not be the appropriate fit in these cases. We reserve the right to determine clinical appropriateness following evaluation.
Prescription monitoring databases (PMP) are routinely reviewed as part of safe prescribing practices, including evaluation of controlled substance history, multiple prescribers, and pharmacy use.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT APPROACH
Our practice follows evidence-based guidelines and does not prescribe medications above recommended maximum dosages. Patients currently prescribed dosages exceeding standard guidelines may require adjustment prior to or during care.
INSURANCE / PAYMENT
We accept self-pay and select commercial insurance plans. We do not accept Medicaid or other state-funded insurance plans.
