Whatever you're going through, I can work with you to help you achieve a more hopeful, fulfilling future. I believe in the importance of creating a safe and non judgmental space where you are free to be yourself and work towards your own healing. I know that reaching out for therapy can be difficult. I believe that growth and healing begins when people feel seen, accepted, and understood, and so I take the time to get to know you and understand the needs and issues for which you're seeking counseling.

I would go back. I plan to come back actually. She is a very good listener and I think she’s knowledgeable. We’ll see how the sessions go.
