Dr and office staff were great. The pre-appointment text was too long and complicated to use on my cell phone and when I asked the office to stop sending it to me. They could not figure out how to stop the notifications.

Very good experience experience in my first visit to the office. Greeted by name by a person that already knew me from a previous office. I had a white spot on my toenail and the doctor, instead of offering to do a fungus test, suggested me immediately buy ointment from their office and apply it on it. I said that I wanted to do a test before treatment and wanted a prescription. I got the impression that the doctor doesn’t want to figure out what’s going on, but wants to sell you ointment.

Dr. Paris provided great insight and recommendations on how to manage my situation at home. She recommended Physical Therapy and provided literature on exercises that I can do to control the problem as part of my daily routine. She was attentive and patient. I will recommend and visit again.

Dr. Bowerbank was wonderful! I went in with injuries to both of my feet. He spent so much time educating me and taking the time to really listen and help me find relief. Great bedside manner, very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone! The office staff and nurse were also very kind and caring-thank you!

I didn’t feel my concerns were being heard and I felt like my pain wasn’t being addressed or taken seriously. I walked out of there with more questions and more frustrations than when I walked in. Nobody likes to be told that the pain they’re feeling is because of a “mental block”. I will never come back here.
