Sunflower Nutrition LLC

Individualized treatment to meet your goals using evidence based treatment and clinical judgement gained from over 20 years counseling adolescents and working with many families and caregivers. I utilize tenets of Family based treatment (FBT), Coordination of care with treatment team, and Psycho-Education. I embrace body diversity and non-diet approach with food and eating. I believe early intervention and nourishment brings about the best results but it is also never too late to take steps for self care and healing.
