Just recently moved from Canada, and I have to say the service here is phenomenal in comparison. I got an appointment quickly, was seen within 20 minutes, and the doctor took her time to listen to all my concerns. She even recommended better treatment than what I had received in Canada. I was initially nervous about the insurance process and paying out of pocket for some expenses, but honestly, it feels worth it now!

My first visit with Dr. Swamy went very well. She addressed all of my concerns during my annual physical. The communication was clear and direct. The rest of the staff were helpful and friendly. I will return for future needs and would recommend to a friend.
Dr. Swamy was great. She was very to the point. I had a list of issues I wanted to discuss and she took them all down, listened to me and give me straight answers. I went for some mental health mediation and she created a plan with me, discussed everything with me and prescribed me medications I needed. The staff was pretty friendly accept for when I was checking out and the girl laughed at me because I couldn’t understand her when she told me their Email address really fast. That was pretty rude. Otherwise a great experience.

Simple, easy process. Dr. Swamy was without a medical assistant for the day I was there, so she was running a bit behind schedule. Her bedside manner is completely straightforward. I was in and out for an annual physical in one hour. Wait time outlasted the time seen by the doctor, but that’s typical.

Dr. Swamy is an amazing physician. She is great at listening to your concerns, she is detail oriented and nothing slips past her. She is thorough and brilliant.
Horrible service. Took them over a month to tell me my lab results were normal and I had to make two visits in person to request them because no one picks up your calls or returns VMs. The male assistant got offended when I told him he never returned my calls and has the most arrogant attitude I have encountered in a doc office. Dr Swamy walked out of the office as I was sitting in the lobby waiting for her to read me my lab results. They don’t seem to care about patients. The office is dark and always seems to be empty. It’s just the doctor and the assistant. If they’re trying to save money on staff, minus well close down the office. One of them is awful and the other has no backbone to get him in check.
Dr. Swamy was outstanding! Took the time to hear me out and offered up some thoughtful recommendations about a few medical issues that have been plaguing me. She also arranged for a referral, although I should warn you that getting ahold of her office (via phone, no email) is challenging. Would love if the front office was more accessible!

Swamy was amazing. Her male assistant, cant remember his name, but he was a tall male. He was rude and I did not appreciate his attitude. He informed me that my blood pressure was low and I asked him what do i need to do in order to get my blood pressure right and he answered "if you let me finish, that is what I am trying to tell you". Hope he fixes that attitude of his...other than that...Swamy was awesome, she saw me as soon as she could, she knows what she is talking about and allowed me to speak so she could have a better understanding of things. Her physicians assistant Christina, was amazing and cared as well.

Since moving to Austin, I've really struggled to find a primary physician that seemed to care about me and long term health goals. But, I think I've finally found my doctor. Dr. Swamy and her staff were great. We talked in depth about my habits, my health goals, and some changes to start making. It was a very positive experience.
