The provider didnt showed up for my appointment.
It was 15 mins past my appointment when I was able to get fully logged in and remained connected for 45 mins as the prompt stated the provider would be w/ me soon
I then contacted the receptionist who tried to contact the provider as she is located in a different office and she was not able to reach her and stated she listed me as a no show so and the system may have cliched so she offered to reschedule my appointment.
It seems as tho having a receptionist in a different location causes quite the amount of confusion.
Also, it is not great customer care for the provider not to give some grace time for the patient to become logged in, nor is the system advising the patient to wait, stating the provider will be with them soon even after the provider has marked them a no show so the patient wastes extended amounts of time only to never seen
