They were amazing. That made me feel so welcome and so helpful.

I have had a really bad experience. It felt like I'm in a shop to buy things, when denying to buy things doctor said they would waive the fees for the service and still do it, after lot of saying no they had me pay for cleaning which was covered in my insurance. One of the poorest dentist experience ever. They took 4 hrs on routine exam and cleaning.
I was seen by someone else. Upon requesting the Xrays and other pitcures on email, they responded that it will take 72 hours for them to provide it on email. I don’t understand why would it take 72 hours to simply attache some files and send it on my email. Such experience is not expected, specially when the patient is in dental pain.

everyone was very friendly. The staff explained everything every step of the way. I appreciated the honesty in regards to my care and going over what my insurance covered and did not cover. The dentist even remarked about the chip in my tooth and the concern over grinding teeth at night, both of which was not mentioned at my old dental provider. We set up a game plan to take care of everything and i was able to have a cleaning same day as my first in patient exam. Very grateful to find a place that cares about their patients and doing a good job.
