Sunset Therapy

Monica Simanovsky, LCSW has been providing individual and couples therapy for the last ten years and specializes in helping form healthy relationships, recovering from trauma and empowering clients to be the experts in their own lives. Monica currently provides couples and individual therapy virtually to patients located in California. Using principals from the Gottman Couples Therapy Method, Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches, Monica believes individuals and couples have the power to heal themselves, and that her role as a therapist is to act as a guide in helping clients navigate their lives. Through talk therapy Monica helps people create autonomy in their own lives.
