I'm extremely grateful for the care that was provided to me by Shelly Thomas, NP. He is an outstanding communicator. I am someone that has a very hard time accepting mental health help, and it was a blessing that when I did reach out for help, it was Mr. Thomas that helped me. I know this may sound over-complimentary, but the entire virtual experience was great and I felt extremely listened to and understood. I hope to continue care with him.

Very calm and attentive!!! Takes time with the appointment and concerns! Even when the site failed at connecting us he waited and was patient until it did around 20 mins!!!! Excellent just excellent!

My first visit with Dr. Shelly Thomas was great! He’s a very good listener and I felt heard. He gave suggestions while listening to my needs and it seems we have come up with a plan. I see him again in a month to follow up. I highly suggest making an appointment with him!

I’m so thankful we scheduled with Shelly! He was so patient and kind to me and my daughter and we felt heard and really cared for during our visit. I can’t imagine giving him anything less than 5 stars. What started out as something really challenging given the reason for our visit ended with us being so hopeful for the future under his care. Great experience, he reminds me of my psychiatrist that I saw for nearly 10 yrs. , he recently retired, so , I was in dire need of some medication s to be filled, had been out of my meds for quite sometime
