My passion is guiding couples, individuals, and groups to deepen emotional, physical, and spiritual intimacy. As I see it, you are the experts on your relationships and lives. My role is to collaborate with you as you deepen into self exploration. Sometimes it is helpful to have an outside perspective to help you see things in a new and reflective way. Though this process is not always easy, I believe in connecting to pleasure, humor, and joy, even in the darkness. My background is in body-based performing arts; conscious and kinky sexual expression and education; and mindful awareness in psychedelic practices. I hold the belief that we are consistently moving between different altered states of consciousness, and our journey is in becoming awake to and aware of them. My role is as a guide on this path. My style is relational and humanistic, and is based in transpersonal, depth, and systemic psychologies. What does this mean? I see each individual consciousness from both the body, mind, and soul level, and as part of intersecting systems. We do not exist alone, but are inextricably interconnected. Through practicing authentic relating and deep listening, I aim to support you in finding ways to better understand yourself and the world around you. Some of my favorite topics to work with couples and individuals on are: psychedelic/altered state preparation and integration, non-traditional relationship dynamics, and all kinds of sexuality (kink/BDSM/sex-worker/LGBTQ+).
