It was overall a good experience, the only thing I would probably ask for is to have more time at consultancy with the doctor and that he can take more time to explain more in detail the situation and the instruction for the treatment. I felt he was speaking to fast and it was difficult to follow.

All the staff interacted politely and friendly with me. Dr. Terry Pynes was friendly, attentive, diagnosed my two skin conditions quickly, and explained in simple terms how to treat them and why. He then gave me personalized written instructions and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy of choice.

Dr. Pynes was friendly but also professional. I felt comfortable. He listened to my questions and answered them in a way that I understood. I was dealing with a rash for 9 months with another doctor and he was able to diagnose and after only 2 months it is finally clearing up. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pynes and will continue to see him.

My visit today was very comfortable and friendly. The office staff was extremely helpful with all questions. The nurse was lovely. She assured me that the doctor would be in shortly. When the doctor came in he was extremely professional and welcoming. He spoke to me about my condition and explained everything. I would recommend him and his practice to everyone.

Everyone was super friendly. I didn't know what to expect since I booked the appt online, but they were ready for me! My appt was smooth, the wait time acceptable, the staff friendly, and my options explained for treatment!
I booked my follow up appt in Decatur, which is where I live and doesn't require another trip to Huntsville. Super happy!
