It was ok. I wished the doctor would’ve read my history a bit. I even told the assistant (loved his energy) about it. The doctor
talked a lot but didn’t really help me in the end with a diagnosis that i literally told him that I’m well aware of the symptoms. Well I ended up leaving without a prescription which I ended up getting my prescription through doctors on demand. The entire point of going to the doctor is for them to listen and for the patient to feel better. And I didn’t feel better. My right eye was very sore and my vision was not getting any better. I’m not a fan of come back later just for it to be another blank visit and waste of money.

Unfortunately i have to go back a few more times due to sensitivity of the issue( shingles affecting the eye) but I have faith he is the right person to go to based on his knowledge and my first experience

I have follow up appointment, May 21, 2024. Dr. Colett explained procedures and steps involved. I felt comfortable, given all the necessary information needed prior to procedure. I will ask a few questions prior or during next visit. I wish I had written some of these steps involved. I plan to call or wait until my next visit to ask questions and write down the answers. Dr. Collect explained clearly I just don't recall his answers. one of my questions is how long does the procedures take. It's my understanding it maybe a few months.
My objective is to get the procedure completed properly so I’m able to schedule a much needed eye exam for contacts and glasses. Currently my contact and glasses prescription is so old that I cannot see properly. I was very satisfied with his office and explanation. He was professional kind and patient.

Doctor Collette explained everything concerning my glaucoma very clear and concise. I wanted a second opinion and he provided alternatives that the previous doctor did not offer. I highly recommend him and will be returning for a follow-up. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I looked for urgent care for my swallen eye and booked an appointment with Dr. Geoffrey Collett. I was concerned because I'm a traveller from a foreign country, but they took care of me very kindly.
They also explained in detail what had happened to me and gave me instructions on how to get my prescription medicine.

Office was really nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and sweet, however I chose this office on zoc doc solely for contacts and glasses as an eye exam. When I arrived to the office the front desk did not mention to me that the doctor does not do contacts. Since my insurance wasn’t accepted I paid out of pocket anyways only to get my pupils dilated and have a full work up only to be told by the doctor that he does not do contacts. I would have never booked the appointment or paid out of pocket had I known this ahead of time. Aside from this major lack of communication and zocdoc suggesting this doctor based on my needs, the dr himself was really professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend for other eye issues.
