At Suriel Therapy Co., I utilize EMDR, CBT, somatic work, and mindfulness approaches to address trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am a person-centered, trauma focused therapist and have 5 years of experience helping teens and adults through crisis', life transitions, social determinants, and trauma/anxiety. In my practice, emphasize practical skills, overall well-being, and self-understanding and growth. Half of the journey is understanding what is going on and why, but the work doesn't end there. Through blended techniques, we will develop a treatment plan that enables healing, processing and actionable change for your life.
