We all know life didn't come with an owner’s manual. Instead it came with a lot of infuriating rules and contradictory expectations that rob us of joy and authenticity. They deserve to be challenged. Let me be a listening ear, without judgement, to help you understand and honor who you've become. Together, we can find new ways for you to own the life you have and create the life you want. Some of the many tools we may use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, creativity, humor and common-sense problem-solving. Everyone deserves to get the help they need even if I can’t provide it. I urge persons with suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, thoughts of harming others, psychosis, active eating disorders, or active substance abuse to contact larger, multi-discipline clinics which have in-person access to doctors, therapists, social workers, nurses and emergency resources. The above conditions are considered out of scope of care for my virtual-only practice.
