The Doctor was great: a good listener who explained things clearly. The Zocdoc platform was a nightmare!

I was skeptical at first because it was much easier and convenient to book an appointment, but I’m so glad I did! Dr. Kofi was professional, respectful, and provided me with several approaches to the areas I was concerned about. I will definitely continue to use zocdoc when I’m able.
