Dr. M is the best doctor I ever had! Very thorough, thoughtful, careful, knowledgeable... Basically all the attributes anyone would want in their doctor. I feel like I hit the jackpot with him honestly, I've had too many experiences with subpar or even bad doctors. I've had some good doctors too, but Dr M checks all the boxes—he's the best!

The messages I received up to the appointment all indicated it was a video appointment and said the doctors office would send me the information to connect. I never received it and when I called they said they were expecting me in person.
I never saw the doctor but did talk with the PA who ordered labs. I was a little disappoint not getting a chance to speak with the PCP since It was my first time seeing him and that I am looking for a regular PCP.

Sakeenah was extremely professional and knowledgeable, while maintaining a good rapport with me. She was willing to work with me to find a remedy for my ailments that not only resolved the immediate problem but also met the constraints I had. After the appointment she has had good communication and has continued her care for me by answering any questions I’ve had post-visit as well as ensuring I get the continuing care that I need.
