I am a dual board certified psychiatrist ,having specialized in Psychosomatic Medicine with more than 20 years of experience in the field as a clinician and as a leader . I also have in the past , served as as an adviser for Gennev which is a web based company specializing in women's health and menopause . My areas of expertise are women's health , reproductive psychiatry anxiety , depression , mood disorders and coping with chronic illness . My approach towards treatment stems from creating an, individualized plan for each patient that is geared towards symptom relief .This encompasses a combination of various therapeutic modalities and when appropriate psychopharmacology interventions medication management and supportive therapy

Dr.Vaidya came as a gift to my health issues!! I am sooooo thankful to her to get me out of my issue with the right medication and session. She understood my issue and showed compassion and was very genuine. I was at a point where I thought nothing could help me and she proved me wrong completely. She is a great psychiatrist and would definitely recommend her to anyone in need. I am a changed person...back to where I was before and owe it completely to her. Thank you.

She is a great patient advocate and knows the biology behind the diagnosis so that she can address the problem scientifically and effectively.
