Dr. Reddy was friendly, knowledgable, answered all questions and truly patient-focused. I would recommend her to a friend.
Dr. Reddy might work for some, but she was not for me. My session with her felt very impersonal and somewhat interrogated.

Unprofessional, called assistant during our call, and was seemingly sitting on a couch with poor lighting. Made comments about my health in an area which she is not a certified doctor in, and castigated me for beverage choices that I do not even partake in. In a worse off state of mind, this would have been dangerous because she literally sees mentally fragile people all the time. Photo on her listing must be old, and she did not end up being the age range which I was looking for in a psychiatrist.
I made the appt. on Zocdoc 4 days prior, appt..showed as available. I was not sent a link for the appt. I called the office two days straight, no call back. The picture on Zocdoc reflects a woman psychiatrist, however, when you call, the psychiatrist VM reflects an older man. A little confusing. Didn't appreciate the lack of communication.

She charged me much higher than my copay. She was supposed to give me back the difference but never did. The appointment lasted all of five minutes. She read questions for a piece of paper. It was a complete waste of time. I go to Dr. Kharana now and she is wonderful.

Front door was locked and left me standing in the cold past my appointment time. Had to call the doctor's emergency line to get in, and the doctor was still 10 min late. Receptionist asked for an extremely high payment upfront before my insurance goes through despite me having in-network insurance, when I usually pay a low co-payment for psych appointments elsewhere. I found this extremely unorthodox. The practice was unprofessional and the trip to this psychiatrist was a huge waste of time for me. BEWARE!
A professional psychiatrist — nothing out of the ordinary. Typical questions asked. My prescription was changed without much of an explanation. Now I can’t get a hold of the Doctor’s office to authorize this modification as required by the pharmacy. That’s a pain but as far as the appointment itself, it was standard.

Really disappointed, was expecting to have a conversation with the doctor and work on an agreed approach, instead had a rushed series of questions, a prescription slapped out and a tone deaf "See you in a month" said to me on the way out. Completely not what I needed.
She might work for some, but I probably won't be back. She asked a lot of good questions but they seemed very standard and across the board. I didn't get a lot of feedback and I didn't feel very involved in the prescribing process. I asked for a specific type of medicinal regimen and she ignored my request and prescribed me a medicine I specifically requested not to be on. I am not a doctor so she may be entirely correct in prescribing me what she did, but I wasnt very happy with the outcome of our appointment. She might work for someone else though. She seemed kind and like she was listening without judgment which I liked.
Simple, helpful and straight to the point.
Hands down the worst psychiatrist I've been to. Her bedside manner (or rather lack of) made me feel like I was being interrogated. Absolutely awful experience. Some physicians care about their patients, some are just looking to make money.....she's definitely the later.
Dr Reddy took a complete history and was very conscientious. She was attuned to my needs and requested labs at the next visit as well as an interview with my husband. My problem came with making a followup appointment. After several tries I gave up. It did not make me fell secure in case of a need to see her as soon as possible. I sought another doctor.
