Hello! I'm Rasheeda, the heart and soul behind Sweet Imprints Counseling. As a single mom of three, I've journeyed through life's many ups and downs. My personal experiences with relationship issues and feeling defeated at times have shaped me, both as an individual and as a professional. They have also equipped me with a deep understanding and empathy towards those facing similar challenges.
Life, with its myriad pressures, can be overwhelming. My own path through divorce and the lessons learned about healthy relationships have been profound. Today, my ex-partner and I share a bond of friendship and a successful co-parenting relationship. This experience has granted me valuable insights into the complexities of interpersonal relationships and the resilience of the human spirit.
