Love this place! They’re quick, sweet & take your concerns seriously. Wish I could make them my PCPs.

Without going into too many specifics due to privacy, the final straw for me was when they sent my prescription to Marine Park instead of in Flatbush where I told them to send it.

This is the absolute worst urgent care you can find!

Very friendly nurse and staff but provider/doctor was not solution focused for my issue and did not read any of the screening notes left by the nurse in the chart we have prefilled.
The doctor seemed really frazzled and I was the only patient there. Not sure if it’s cultural, but she was really curt and was getting aggravated when I was trying to tell her the timeline of my illness.
