The attention from the staff was heart warming. Everyone greeted me with a smile. The office setting was clean and quite. I felt I was in good hands.
Once called in nurse and physician listened to my explanation and thoughts until I was done. I chose Dr. Ko to be my primary physician, my last physician was hard to get an appointment without calling 2-3 times. It's very easy to book an appointment using zocdoc app. I am looking forward to our relationship with Dr. Ko.

My frustration with this Provider varied in different ways. His lack of eye contract while discussing the issue at hand was my FIRST complaint.
The SECOND was what appeared to be this underlying tone of frustration he took with me while addressing several of my questions regarding MY HEALTH.
I never had this HEALTH ISSUE BEFORE , AND I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS PROVIDER TO REASSURE AND GUIDE ME ON PREVENTIVE MEASURES AND HIS DIRECT RESPONSE TO ME "WAS TO USE AN OVER THE COUNTER SPRAY AND CONTINUALLY LOOK FOR SYMPTOMS THAT I HADN'T DISPLAYED IN THE FIRST PLACE."
This medical issue was brought to my attention by another provider. My recent labs had raised several alarms IMMEDIATELY. Hence, the provider recommended that I see an Infectious Disease Specialist.
As patients, we place ALOT OF BLIND TRUST in the providers we encounter for whatever medical issue we may have.
My experience with THIS PROVIDER WAS NOT GREAT, AND I WILL LIKELY NOT RETURN TO THIS PROVIDER EVER AGAIN.

Very thorough I explained my symptoms and past history and he ordered bloodwork that basically covered everything relevant when most doctors would just do a general CBC panel.

Comes off very arrogant and as if you are wasting time.
My “consult” was less than 5 minutes.
No exam. No evaluation.
Glanced over bloodwork showing very elevated levels for 3 viruses, flipped the papers and said “there’s nothing was wrong, why are you here?”

The doctor's bedside manner was less than desirable. He greeted med as he walked in and arranged his equipment, not making eye contact or stopping what he was doing in any way. Next he said, "So why are you here?" He was very dismissive and in the end the appointment lasted less than 15 minutes total and he never touched my body once. He simply suggested an over the counter supplement and sent me on my way. Would not recommend and won't be returning.

Had my first appointment today & had a great experience. The office staff was friendly & efficient. Dr. Ko listened to everything I had to say & didn't dismiss or ignore anything. I can't say the same for every provider I saw for my issue. I would recommend anyone at least try this office to see if it's a good fit for your needs.

Once again Dr. Pan Ko is amazing. Went to see him prior to going on my schedule trip to Europe to make sure I was ok to go. I explained a new problem that was occurring and he suggested an ointment, actually he gave it to me for free. I didn't think much of it. That evening I put it on and it was a miracle. The area immediately started clearing up. Not completely of cause since it was the first time using t but about 50%. I find Dr. Ko amazing. He clearly listens to your concerns and knows exactly what to do. If you have chosen Dr. Ko you are in good hands I assure you.

I had an appointment today at 1:00. I sat in the virtual waiting room for about 15 minutes before calling the office to see what the hold up was. The doctor wasn’t even in the office. The receptionist told me he would be there at 1:30 which was already 30 minutes past my appointment time. At 1:30 I get another phone call this time from the doctor himself & off the bat he brings up antibiotics without looking at my wound, or really talking to me about anything but my allergies. “Did I give you antibiotics last time?” I had never seen this doctor before so no he did not give me antibiotics last time. Meanwhile I’m still in the online waiting room. I explain that this has been a reoccurring issue for almost two years & that I made this appointment to find out what’s going on not to just be given antibiotics without him even looking at the wound or talking to me about what has been going on. He said he could be in the office in 15 minutes but I was already done at this point. Very upset.

Dr. Ko was professional and listened to my needs and concerns after many failed attempts to find an ID doctor. He immediately scheduled me for the procedure I needed as he recognized the necessity. It was pleasantly short and expeditious. I appreciated it.

Just appointment Dr.Ko was open to suggestions suggested by me. He even told me what doctors pursue I should pursue even when he does not have the expertise to resolve my condition. He didn’t waste either of our time by making come back 2 weeks for a follow up just to be told to wait another 2 weeks with no solid plan. He did everything he could during our 1st appointment from labs to advice on what next steps should be taken. What more can you ask for from a doctor. As far as his staff they are also very professional they took great notes and even fax over prescriptions in a timely manner. I’m grateful for the experience and thank you for the help Dr.ko and staff
