It wasn't a bad appointment but ultimately wasn't a place where I'd decide to seek primary care long-term. The reception staff was kind and helpful. Despite showing up half and hour early, I was still seen later than my appointment time and had to fill out intake forms that I'd filled out online. It was uncomfortable to have to give my entire family history verbally to the nurse who filled it in on computer when I could have done that myself. Despite having spent another half hour reciting to the nurse, I needed to repeat this process when the doctor (not the person I booked the appointment with) came in. I came in with a particular problem I was hoping to start a work-up for, but we spent less time discussing this than just about anything else and it seemed largely dismissed without much explanation as to why there was no concern. It was disappointing that there are no in-house x-rays or blood work offered. It just feels like I'm on my own to solve this problem.

Searching for a new doctor is hard when you are new to a city. I was pleasantly surprised to find one so quick with such good reviews.

The doctor was very outspoken, answered all my questions and asked if I had any other issues that I’d like to dress. He also took the time to be very polite and outspoken about everything that was going on. I would recommend this doctor for fast service good communication, and very friendly.

The doctor was excellent, but reaching the office by phone is nearly impossible. There’s no direct line, and although I was referred to a specialist, my referral was never sent. I tried calling to follow up, but it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone.

I felt comfortable with both Dr Nandanoor and MA Chhondra I did find correct instructions to lab location ,tests ordered as well as the test specific reasons were hard to understand on my part leaving me a little bewildered and overwhelmed afterwards .The entire new patient office visit was indeed lengthy however I do and did realize their assessments were and are thorough and professional

Honestly the worst listener , late response time , I came in for my shoulder pain and left with a bunch of nonsense to deal with. Still haven’t fixed my shoulder . And took 3 business days to return a simple message . Definitely get what you paid for.

This was our first visit as new patients to the area. We were very pleased with the front office and exam room staff. Prior to meeting the doctor, Rose and Chhonda performed several thorough exams and asked numerous health questions for the doctor. Dr Nandanoor was very friendly, concerned, knowledgeable and thorough when meeting with us. He is a true professional who obviously cares about his patients and meeting or exceeding their health needs. We are happy we found this practice.
