Synergy Medical Group
Synergy Medical Group is a primary care practice in Gainesville, close to the UF campus, caring for children, teens, adults and seniors.
We take a patient-centered approach: we listen first, explain what we find, and build your care plan with you. You choose the provider you're most comfortable with.
What we offer:
- Annual physicals and routine check-ups
- Same-day sick visits for urgent, non-emergency needs
- Preventive care, including health screenings and vaccinations
- Chronic condition care, such as diabetes and high blood pressure
- Women's health services and routine screenings
- School, sports and DOT physicals
- In-house lab draws, so testing happens in the same place
- Minor skin procedures
- Telehealth visits for eligible appointment types
We're open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. We accept most major insurance plans and are welcoming new patients.

I have a lot of doctor related apprehension, but this office put me at ease immediately. The receptionist was fantastic, the nurse who helped me before I was seen by my doctor was excellent, and my doctor herself was knowledgeable and ready to listen to me. I couldn’t be happier!

I haven’t been so comfortable with a medical provider in years. Not only did she take her time and really listen to me but she went out of her way to help me get medical records I needed. She even had a form for renewing my handicapped placard because I forgot to bring mine. She was absolutely prefect for me.

The whole office is amazing. Christian and the others there really care. they listen, they do all they can to help you, they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Look not all conditions have cures, but they work to do everything they can do make you comfortable.

I was very impressed with the entire office. Even though my son was a new patient, they worked it out so he could get his physical he needed for school. Everyone from the front desk, medical assistant to the provider were incredibly friendly and truly seemed to care. This office is a bit far from where we live, but I booked it due to them having an appointment available for when I needed it, I didn't intend to want to return again, thought I'd find someone closer to home. But my experience there made me feel like they are worth the drive. We will stay with them for sure!
