Needed a same-day appointment after my week-long cough that got bad enough to wake me from sleep unable to breathe. Was able to fill in new patient forms ahead of time online, and seen within 5 minutes of turning up for my appointment. Dr Simon was kind, explained what was going on and how each medicine would work to help my issue. Scheduled a follow up appointment before I left, everything was a breeze.
The office was very clean and not very busy either. Plenty of parking.

New and clean office. Young and friendly doctor. I fasted all day for the annual check up and upon my arrival, I asked if they had some water. The lady in the back desk (I assume she’s a manager) was very short and told me to go outside and look for vending machines. I walked around everywhere but there were no vending machines. I ended up walking outside of the plaza to get a bottled water. What kind of doctors office doesn’t even have a cup of water to offer to patients? It left a bad taste in my mouth and made me wonder if I want to come back here.

The receptionist and medical assitant were super nice. I feel like the doctor was a little dismissive of my concerns and hesitant to believe anything was actually wrong with me.

Finally a doctor who order all the blood work I’ve been asking other doctors to do for years now (hormone testing). Previously doctors told me it was to expensive unless they found it was needed. We pay for insurnace to be let down by not providing the services they’re suppose to cover. Dr. So didn’t ask any questions just said okay + added a full blood panel for thyroid, etc. Finally!! So thankful.

Very friendly staff and doctor. Front staff room care of me right away and was able to get me situated as a new patient. The doctor was also very friendly, understanding, detailed as went went over risk factors and prior medical history. He listed to my concerns and made some recommendations and lifestyle modifications suggestions.
Would recommend this doctor for anyone looking for a GP.

Very clean, welcoming office. Provided bottled water for patients in the waiting room. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. So very kindly and throughly went through everything with me and addressed all of my concerns. I left the office with very clear information on when and what to expect from them. Overall great experience! The front office was friendly and informative. Dr. So had excellent bedside manner and took each one of my concerns seriously. The most impressive thing was that the doctor and staff made sure to call multiple pharmacies so I could get my new prescription.
