Staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr Kane asked great questions and was very respectful during the consultation. After seeing much x-rays he explained very clear to me what he saw and my options for treatment. He calming heard my goals and recommended the best approach for my case. The gentleman that took the x-rays was also a joy. Overall I had a great experience with everyone I iterated today. I'm definitely seeing Dr. Kane again and would recommend him to anyone. I'm very happy.

He was pleasant and easy to talk to. He listened to my issues I was having with my knee and helped me. I didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen.

I had an excellent experience, from friendly & quick front desk staff, great 1on1 time with the doctor with thorough explanations, convenient on-site X-rays and lab work, and great follow up for future appointments as well for my knee injury.

Great staff! Very cordial and welcoming! Dr Kane was awesome! He showed considerate expertise as this was the 2nd ortho I had seen. He was familiar with knee, leg and foot issues. He had Xray set up in his office so convenient and great tech running this. When he offered advice he explained everything with actual models of knees etc and what I could do to fix my issues. Loved that he explained in layman terms. He started with the most conservative fixes and then went to more complex like surgeries etc. This was a welcome as my prior Ortho only offered PRP expensive blood spins costing a-lot of $$$ and insurance does not ordinarily cover this. My opinion as well no medical proof but many docs claim it is helpful... hmmm not sure. Also surgeries that percentage wise would be last resort not first. I liked that he offered other courses first. My fiancé also saw him previously for rotator cuff from heavy lifting at his job. He highly suggested another MR I as to see if additional damage before any surgery which we want yo avoid if possible.
So far I like his suggestions, time spent and courses of action. You have to make decisions for yourself . There will always be unhappy and happy results and reviews when things turn out unexpected. and not miracle fixes. I would look at his years of expertise, familiarity and kindness. This is a caring doctor not all about the $$$$$

Norman Kane, MD has excellent bedside manners, and took the time to address the issues I was having with my knee. He then continued to identify different measures that were at my disposal to lessen my pain in a timely manner, and what I might I might expect in the future.

Scary! He didn't listen to me. Equipment dirty. Tried to give me an injection without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Front desk person lied to me about paperwork submission.

As a former patient of Dr. Serocki, I was concerned about having to a choose new doctor, when I heard that Dr. Serocki was killed in a plane accident.
I was very pleasantly surprise how comfortable I was with Dr. Kane. I even found out that he had worked with Dr. Serocki to replace my knee.
Dr. Kane was kind, cheerful, and very reassuring. I feel very comfortable with scheduling additional procedures and surgery.
As usual, Joey, the Xray tech/assistant was great. He has a great sense of humor and always makes me feel comfortable.

Dr. Kane is an old school doctor with all modern technology at work. He does not spend time with paperwork or computers, but dictates on a small recorder stored in cloud. He talks like a human being not a robot and he makes you feel good. X-rays were done right away on premises,
