I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoff for almost a year now and have nothing but wonderful things to say! I first came in for physical therapy due to knee pain related to an injury and surgery several years ago. With Emsculpt Neo treatments, I have regained so much strength in the muscles around my knee and have had a noticeable decrease in pain. I also see Dr. Hoff for chiropractic appointments and she is simply the best. I've also seen several of the massage therapists at Synergy for upper back/neck pain, and they have all been wonderful.

I was recommended to see Dr. Tamras and honestly didn’t know what to expect. I came in with my shoulder pinching and causing me a lot of pain. She worked on it with dry needling and cupping, and after a couple of hours I noticed a big difference after just one session. My pain went from 7/10 to 3/10 and is continuously doing better.
