The practitioners here actually take care of you and spend a half hour with every patient—it is not a crack and go service. I love coming here because of the personalized attention and comfort that I feel here. Any issue I have Dr. Hoff focuses on that area and teaches me what is going on in my body. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoff for almost a year now and have nothing but wonderful things to say! I first came in for physical therapy due to knee pain related to an injury and surgery several years ago. With Emsculpt Neo treatments, I have regained so much strength in the muscles around my knee and have had a noticeable decrease in pain. I also see Dr. Hoff for chiropractic appointments and she is simply the best. I've also seen several of the massage therapists at Synergy for upper back/neck pain, and they have all been wonderful.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sonia. For years I heard nothing but great things about her, but my schedule never aligned with hers. When friends told me she was working in Chicago, and suggested I go see her for my joint pain and other injuries, I was a little skeptical but decided to go and see what the hype was all about.
We agreed to focus on the injuries I obtained in a car accident- My neck mobility improved significantly after a couple visits and my neck pain was completely gone. We did not have the same luck with my back, and she suggested I see a specialist since the issue might’ve been neurological. My respect for her was amplified by her transparency. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but she’s also compassionate and takes the time to listen and provides individualized care for her patients. I was recommended to see Dr. Tamras and honestly didn’t know what to expect. I came in with my shoulder pinching and causing me a lot of pain. She worked on it with dry needling and cupping, and after a couple of hours I noticed a big difference after just one session. My pain went from 7/10 to 3/10 and is continuously doing better. I highly recommend Dr. Sonia at Synergy Spine & Performance Clinic. She has helped me on multiple occasions, and I’m very grateful for her expertise and care.
Most recently, I had severe left wrist pain radiating into my thumb that made it difficult to use my hand. Dr. Sonia treated it with a combination of soft tissue scraping, dry needling, and gentle chiropractic adjustments, and within a few days I was able to use my hand again. She has also successfully treated my low back pain in the past with excellent results.
