Seeking guidance opens the path to receiving it. Patients who come to us at Syntax Healthcare have taken that first step. We regard our patients as individuals rather than mere symptoms. As such, our treatment approach encompasses a comprehensive understanding of the person and the totality of their health. No two patients are alike; thus, we rely on evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans with medication management and psychotherapy. Our primary objective is to alleviate the psychiatric burden on our patients and their families, with the ultimate goal of remission or significant symptom reduction. Please note, we are not obligated to continue you on the controlled substances that your previous provider has you taking. Dr. O was so kind and knowledgeable about psych meds. She is highly trained in her field and confident. She did not seem rushed, she was soft spoken and had a calming energy. I am a physician myself so I am biased. I was so pleased to find her and I know my mentally ill brother will be well taken care of.
