Dr. O was so kind and knowledgeable about psych meds. She is highly trained in her field and confident. She did not seem rushed, she was soft spoken and had a calming energy. I am a physician myself so I am biased. I was so pleased to find her and I know my mentally ill brother will be well taken care of.

I would never use this provider again. I had 2 appointments, one day apart, sent in all the information she requested, she said she was going to send me some medications and she NEVER sent anything in!!!!!! I almost had to go to a mental hospital because of that!

Overall my experience was mediocre. I requested an after visit summer for my appointment in which I still have not received. I also requested some type of documentation that shows the diagnosis that the doctor gave to me, but she said that she had to get permission to do so. She gave me prescriptions for medications, but is unable to give me any type of documentation showing why I was prescribed those medications. I feel that if I would have went to a hospital to receive treatment, which I will now do, then I would have been giving those requested documents.

Do not waste your time. Highly impersonal and bad listener. I felt like I was talking to a robot. I spent almost 30 minutes explaining my symptoms, Told me she would send something for my anxiety and then contradicted herself a minute later by telling me she couldn’t prescribe me anything until I filled out forms for ADHD, GAD, and Depression- all of which I am diagnosed with AND which I just explained to her in great detail.

Mrs. Justina Nwakamma was very professional and helpful especially when I talked to her about my anxiety. She was able to quickly understand me and provide me some insight on my situation.
It was a safe place for me and I will be back very soon to continue being treated by Mrs. Nwakamma. I still see her for my regular appointments and follow ups and Im more than satisfied with her services.
