I’m usually satisfied with my appointments and the communication leading up to but today was different. I don’t know if I got charged for it. I hope I didn’t though. But the doctor did not show up for the appointment nor did I get the link to join. I texted her twice into which I got no response. I hope she’s OK though because 98% of the time she is on top of it.

When I had my zoom meeting I was leaving dental office. Jennifer waited until I got home.
She was a great listener. She asked great questions. She got me to think about why I was doing the things I was doing. She was parent and kind. We went a little over time. I did not feel rushed. She’s great!!!!

Dr. Sumerlin was so down-to-earth and helped give me a little perspective. She also recommended some mental exercises/best practices to try and help with some of the problems I have been having. This was my first experience with a therapist and I found it very helpful. I will absolutely be booking a follow up session.
