Talia DiPietro Therapy

Our past traumatic experiences can really impact how we deal with stress, as well as our self-worth and our ability to feel safe connecting with others. Sometimes relationships or parenting struggles can bring up family of origin issues that you haven’t talked about or don’t quite feel resolved. Please reach out if you have trouble with self-esteem, boundaries in relationships, or difficult memories of a traumatic childhood. You deserve to live your life feeling healthy, grounded, and with compassion for yourself. Therapy can be a great support. It's a place to get perspective and find coping skills that actually work for you. My style is encouraging, direct, and compassion-focused. I specialize in working with people who have had trauma in their lives, whether in childhood, within a relationship, or due to prolonged stress or an isolated experience. I also love working with young adults, the stress of life transitions, anxiety, and those impacted by family/partner's addictions. With fifteen years of trauma-informed experience, I've seen this process work for a lot of people. By building a safe and supportive relationship in therapy, you can reconnect to yourself and see change happen in your life. I’m committed to helping you heal and move forward! Please feel free to reach out.
