Talquin INC

Psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioners, providing telemedicine services. Board certified Family Nurse Practitioners as well as a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Our goal is inclusive and we serve all walks of life, specializing in reform (those in legal trouble who are interested in seeking help), outreach services, LGBTQIA+, victims of abuse, psychological trauma (of all sort), schizophrenia, bipolar, as well as the more common psychiatric conditions/Mental health conditions including Autism, depression, Anxiety, ADHD, etc. Our practice is currently in the process of incorporating ABA services, and expect to be fully licensed to do so within the next 3 years. Primary Care: We provide primary care maintenance therapy, and "bridge" care for patients who are in the process of establishing with primary care services. We also collaborate with a number of Primary care providers who accept a variety of insurance policies. We do not treat acute (medical) conditions, but will manage chronic/stable conditions, and continue maintenance therapy (ONLY). We do not initiate MEDICAL treatments that require serial monitoring, frequent labs, and/or frequent follow ups.
