Genuinely nonjudgmental and very caring, Tammy created such a welcoming and supportive environment and so naturally. It is so easy to tell she truly cares for cares for people and listens wholeheartedly to what you say. After just one session I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders and a feeling of hope and calmness. Having been to several mental health providers, Tammy really stands for her warmth, knowledge, and kindness. I would absolutely recommend her.

Tammy is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She wont just sit there and nod, she gets to the root of the issues with you and allows you the opportunity to process and work through things at your own pace. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. When im with her in a session, I feel seen, valued and respected. I cant say enough positive things about her. She literally has helped me through the very worst time in my life and is giving me the tools to grow and thrive. Highly recommend.
