Tampa Bay Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers is here to serve your sinus, allergy, congestion, breathing and all other general ear nose and throat issues. We strive to provide state of the art care and are the only ENT office in the area with a CT scanner in house. No need to visit a radiology center or the hospital and those long lines anymore. We can complete ALL sinus related treatments in the office under local anesthesia, avoiding the risks and costs of general anesthesia.

I drove 45 minutes to see this doctor. My confirmation said Dr Pate. I never saw the doctor- only her PA. I could tell they were going to push for a sinus procedure before I even got to the exam room and they did. Everybody was nice I strongly felt like this was a procedure generating center rather than a patient focused center. Do not recommend.

Very thorough, great experience on some issues I had been dealing with for a while that weren't taken very seriously by other doctors. They had snacks in the waiting area, were prompt, friendly, and explained every question I had while showing me everything going on. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I did not see the doctor, only what I would assume was the PA, who was very nice. I specifically chose this doctor because in the Zocdoc drop down list of specialties it specifically listed the problem I had, which was BPPV, a vertigo condition. So I assumed they were prepared to treat that problem, if it was confirmed that was the issue.
After testing it was confirmed that was highly likely my problem, so I was expecting it was going to be treated. But the person said they were not equipped to treat BPPV. Very disappointing.
They were very kind in setting me up to go to another facility, which I did. But my confusion about not being able to treat BPPV because of lack of equipment only got more confusing when the other facility simply used a flat table that I laid on. No other equipment necessary.
Recommendation I made to them was if you are going to list something as a specialty, you should be prepared to treat it or change the wording to "diagnosis" of .........
