I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) working with adults facing anxiety depression, grief, chronic illness, and life transitions. Many clients I see feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck and want a supportive space to talk things through. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use CBT, ACT, trauma -informed, and psychodynamic therapy on focusing what's most helpful for you.
