I understand the Urgent Care office was busy but I had to call in to see why I was not contacted for my appointment. If the Doctor is going to be late to the video appointment, notify the patients. I was left in limbo and only knew what was happening because I called. It can be a really simple process to setup notifications when the Doctor is late.

This facility canceled my appt and didn’t tell me until I called them. I took off of work which is very hard to have this appt and they didn’t even give me the decency to tell me the appt was canceled due to the provider having an emergency. I was not aware of the said emergency until I called to check in. I’m ok with emergencies and changes things happen it’s life right.. but to malign and say it was cancelled due to an emergency is not cool. They didn’t even know about my appt and then came up with that answer. Never again will I visit that provider.

I would highly recommend Tarzana Medical Urgent Care to anyone who might inquire. The doctor with whom I consulted (I think it was Dr. Robin Zakariaei) was an excellent communicator, highly efficient in reaching his diagnosis, and conveyed a sense of compassion and confidence that quickly put me at ease. I will definitely go back to Tarzana Medical Urgent Care !
