Are you feeling burnt out? Are feeling overwhelmed and stuck? I'm here to help! I provide mental health counseling to adult and adolescent individuals, integrating a variety of different therapeutic techniques and modalities, depending on what fits best for you! I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, distress tolerance, solution focused techniques, mindfulness techniques to name a few! My goal as a therapist is to be present and assist the client in working through current and past stressors, develop healthy coping strategies, and emphasize the need of daily self-care.
