Staff was pleasant from the front desk to the clinical team to the phlebotomists, being both willing and able to assist in meeting needs. The wait time to be seen was shorter than expected and I actually had my appointment with who I booked on ZocDoc (doesn’t always happen). You can tell they care about your wellbeing as Joy made recommendations for my overall health and the lab team strongly encouraged me to drink water as I came in slightly dehydrated. Overall it was a positive experience and I would come back again.

the check in process was quick and easy. once checked in, was called within 15 mins to see the Dr. the Dr came in and asked questions and was attentive since this was my 1st time seeing her. they had pharmacy, lab, ultrasound all in 1 building so could get multiple things done in 1 location. Great experience will go back but best if have morning appts so once be 2 crowded

Joy is such a sweetheart, she really cares for her patients and she listens to you. She is thorough and precise when it comes to your care. She will call you and check in with you once she has prescribed medication to make sure your doing ok with the medication. I absolutely love Joy.
