Taking multiple kids to the doctor at once is stressful enough, and today I walked in running late, frazzled, and dealing with an unexpected insurance issue. From the moment we arrived, Irish greeted us with so much patience and warmth, and Dr. Tennisha Edwards completely blew me away with her compassion. Not once did she make me feel rushed, judged, or inadequate. Instead, she stepped up out of the goodness of her heart to make sure my kids were still cared for. She was patient, honest, and remarkably thorough with every single question. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tennisha Edwards. I arrived this morning running late, feeling frazzled and unprepared, and we quickly realized my insurance wasn't even in-network. Instead of turning us away or making me feel inadequate, she as well as Irish, who helped me before our appointment, met us with pure kindness and grace. She went completely above and beyond to make sure my kids were still seen today, proving that she genuinely cares about children and families over bureaucracy. She was honest, incredibly thorough, and thoughtful throughout the entire exam. Leaving our appointment today genuinely restored my faith in people and gave me so much hope for what healthcare can and should be. Dr Edwards listened carefully and fully addressed our situation. She did not go for the quickest/simplest fix but really thought about what we were telling her. My daughter is also kind of particular about Doctors because we have seen ones she didn’t like but she loved Dr. Edwards.

A Pediatrician We Truly Love ?? We absolutely love and appreciate Dr. Tennisha Edwards! She has been Riley’s pediatrician since she was a newborn, and now, somehow, our little girl is already 4 years old! ????
