Office didn't send an email, seemed unaware of the appointment, tried to get me to fill out paperwork on the spot when i called.
Frank is extremely attentive. He always listen attentively and makes me feel like he has all of his attention focused on me during our session. He has never missed a single detail and he is right on top of my medications and is in direct contact with my therapist working hand in hand trying to provide the best care possible. Phenomenal Provider! Not just a pill pusher. He takes time to listen/understand your situation. Great at explaining and coming up with a plan of care. Dr.Frank was absolutely amazing. He listened to me, he gave me hope when I have felt hopeless and helpless for so long. Experiencing narcissistic abuse, is like standing in front of silly mirrors all day everyday. You never know what is real and what is manipulation. I have been standing in front of that silly mirror for over 8 years. And it has completely broken.
