I am a quadruple board certified psychiatrist (General Psychiatry, Consultation- Liaison Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Brain Injury Medicine) with an extensive interest and training in treating patients with primary psychiatric conditions (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, neurocognitive disorders) as well as psychiatric co-morbidities and underlying psychiatric conditions in patients with TBI (traumatic brain injury) and with medical or neurological illnesses, including Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures (PNES). I also provide mental health support, wellness and treatment to health care providers.
I will partner with you in your journey toward wellness. You will be empowered with the knowledge to pursue healthy lifestyle choices. We will develop a personalized treatment plan. A medical work up and a bio-psycho-social-spiritual treatment plan, including psychotherapy and/or medications will be recommended as indicated.

The day that I decided that I would like to become Dr. Spariosu's patient was after weeks filled with disappointing consultations. I had a consultation with her and then had another left for the day.
