Well Medical Center provides secure telemedicine visits with Rushia Butler, MD, a Family Medicine physician with nearly 30 years of clinical experience. Patients schedule visits when they want clear answers, respectful care, and efficient treatment without the waiting room. Most visits are completed the same day with a clear treatment plan. Visit Pricing The first visit is $129, which includes a thorough medical intake and physician evaluation. Most follow-up visits are $79, designed to provide convenient, affordable care while maintaining high-quality physician-led treatment from the comfort of your home. Appointments are reserved for patients ready to complete their visit and treatment plan during the scheduled time. Common Reasons Patients Schedule Basic Telemedicine Urgent Care • UTIs • Sinus infections • Respiratory infections • Rashes and minor skin infections • Minor illnesses and medical advice Medication Refills (Non-Controlled) Continuation or adjustment of appropriate medications. Weight Loss & Metabolic Care Evaluation for GLP-1 medications and other metabolic therapies. Hormone & Testosterone Evaluation Skin & Cosmetic Dermatology Prescription treatments, including Retin-A and Kligman formula for that 'In Love Glow,' acne, and complexion concerns. Preventive Home Screening Kits • Colon cancer screening tests • Sleep apnea home testing • Women’s health screening kits delivered to your home Chronic Care Monitoring Support for high blood pressure, diabetes, and other ongoing medical concerns. Practice Policy This practice does not prescribe narcotics or controlled substances via telemedicine. Patients seeking opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, or similar medications should not schedule this visit.
