As someone who was new and apprehensive to the idea of reaching out for this type of help, I was pleasantly surprised and immediately at ease. Erin’s personal experience helped tremendously with understanding my situation and to help me through it. After my appointment I had already referred her to a coworker who was also looking for help but like me was unsure how to go about and who to talk to! I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Always love talking to Erin. She truly has been a blessing when t comes to my mental health and how I generally see myself. Erin guides my treatment, but ultimately lets me make decisions that I am comfortable with and feel are best for myself. I never feel rush, actually I often feel I take too much of her time. I am not just another patient to her. Even seeing 100s of patients and sometimes months in between appointments, still remembers me and the important parts of my life, takes time to remind me that there is no “norm” or “where I should be.” She always makes me see the positive side of things and reminds me how far I’ve come. I truly could not ask for a better human to be supporting me in my mental health journey.
